Nice Location, difficult owner and mangement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Isherwood puts you in the heart of Fremont and on paper is a great place to live, but the apartment is right on 99 and can be extremely noisy. Trying to get things fixed can be like pulling teeth at times. The owner is VERY difficult to work with and can at times come off hostile in his written communication. If living in Fremont is important to you, this is a good spot, but it comes with lots of baggage.
