This apartment building is well kept; the managers are exceptionally attentive to the grounds. The lobby and hallways are so quaint, it really feels like you are coming home whenever you enter the building. The neighborhood is great, with a grocery store and coffee shops nearby. It is a perfect, convenient place to live if you work downtown but want a smaller neighborhood feel.
