This apartment was very bad as a whole, especially the move-out experience. When I did the move-out check, the staff said that the room was clean and it won't need any further professional cleaning, which I agreed. However, when I received the move-out report, they said that the apartment needed professional cleaning as well as paint touch-up, and I virtually got none of my refundable deposit back. I tried to argue with the staffs about this, and all they said was that someone has moved in already, so there is not way to contest their decisions. So I suggest that if anyone wants to move in here, which I don't recommend, don't expect to get your refundable deposit back, because they will find any small problems in the apartment and use them to reduce your refundable deposit to nothing.

Im sorry, but when you refute move-out charges FOUR MONTHS after you move-out, there is absolutely no way for us to verify your claims that the unit was clean, except by the notes on file. The time to dispute charges would have been within the next month so that we could have possibly confirmed your claims. Next time, please make sure you forward your mail in a timely manner so that there is no delay in receiving your move-out statement and any corrections that need to be made can and will be made.

I think it's so funny that the fat asian ----- is taking the time to comment on every single one of these negative reviews, and calling them all lies.
