This is my husband's and my first place together. We've had a nice stay here. We live tucked in on the back side of the property. Our view is of trees and a nicely camoflauged *(sp') building behind us. It has been very peaceful and safe, important to me as my husband is gone 12 hrs a day and we have two young girls. The onsite manager is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive to any of my concerns. The maintenance gentleman is awesome. He is no nonsense and efficient and helpful.
I love the washer dryer and dishwasher. I don't hear my neighbors very much and any children that live here are relatively quiet while playing in the parking lot.
The sq. feet of the unit seems a bit dainty for the price but you can clearly see that for yourself. My ONLY gripe is that tenants pay for water and your bill is dependent on the usage of the collective. My family's low usage wasn't necessarily reflected in our bill. To their credit, reduction in use is encouraged by management. Oh, and the parking lot is VERY tight.
The location is good and the elementary school across the street has a nice reputation.
I'd love to live here for a long time but as my family grows, we may need more space down the road.
