We've only lived here a couple of months, but we really like it! It's very close to a great bus line, there's assigned parking so you know you'll always have a spot (although the guest parking is off-site and scarce) and the maintenance people are awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I are students and we have one son and one on the way... if we didn't think it was safe here, we wouldn't live here. Also, our son is a light sleeper so any partying would wake him up and he has slept through the night everynight... it's very quiet here. We love that there are kids playing outside all the time, they aren't loud, but they sure are friendly. It's a nice place to live.
