Management, what management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
This is a small complex, which used to be well run. However, in the last year there have been three different managers, each worst than the last. Management is only on site two days a week and then only from 10:00am to 5:00pm. You have a better chance of seeing Christ than these jokers.
