Much improved since management change in June 2004 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The overall level of service has improved dramatically since the resident manager changed in June 2004. The buildings have new roofs, the grounds are much improved, with patio furniture added for the use of all tenants, and the on-site maintenance provides very quick response to problems.
