This place has gone down hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived here since October 2005, basically 3 managers ago now. With the newest manager, our car has been broken into twice in 2 months. The first time, the outer door lock was broken to the 'secure' parking garage. About 8 cars were broken into. Today our car was broken into today. There was nothing to take so they broke an extra window for good measure. We managed to get this place for $50 less per month due to the fact that our carpets hadnt been changed. Now our toilet is rusting out and they have yet to fix it, our dishwasher has been broken since the first month we moved in. They never give warning when coming in to do work. 2 times they have entered the apartment with out a call while I was sleeping (I work late). The front door has been broken since the mild flooding of the B buildings lobby began, unable to shut. I suppose someone just forced it the other day because now it doesnt open. The laundry room on our floor has had a broken dryer for weeks at a time.
