Excellent Apartment! From: gizmo99uoft@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved in a few months ago and this place is great! I checked a few apartments in the BellTown, downtown area and they too pricy for my appetite. The Jeffrey is located close to the downtown area, roomy and well priced! The building is brand new too. The apartment manager is very cool, flexible and easy to work with. Ken [mention my name if you do decide to get an apartment there :)]
