Going Downhill Fast From: jrm79 Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When I moved here I loved it for the first several months, now I can't wait to leave. Since the first of the year the company that owns the building has been attempting to sell it. They have done 4 "mandatory" inspections since the 1st of the year and just put up notices of a 5th inspection next week - the last one was just a last week. There are also maintenance and cleanliness issues. There is regularly garbage left in the garages and stairwells, with management only concerned about the path to the elevator and units for rent (first impressions apparently). If want an additional roommate who is sloppy and doesn't pay rent, but hangs out all the time at your place then this building with its many inspections is for you!
