Jemwey Apartments

All you pay for is the view. From: MrSeattle229 Date posted: 4/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My girlfrend and I have lived here nearly 1 year. We moved in during the summer when it was warm out. We have an apartment on the 7th floor, with one heck of a view but,, it isnt worth what we pay. Shortly after we moved in and the weather became cold and damp, mold began to form on the bedroom ceiling and window sils In alot of apartments. The apartment managment has switched over 3 times now. The "Secured" Parking garage has had quite a few break-ins resulting in a motorcycle and 3 cars stolen and alot of damnage done to property and possessions. The rent that we pay is not worth the headach of not knowing if our car is going to be where we left it, or if the person that we just passed in the hall is a tenent. We give it 4 thumbs down.
