Convenient, just don't rent on the inside courtyard

The inside studio rooms on the inside of the courtyard are somewhat dark and the kitchens have almost no counter space. Be prepared to buy a chopping block at IKEA. Besides that, a great place to be if you're working downtown.
I paid $650, but my friend rented a block East and got a huge sun-lit studio for $700.
