I feel very fortunate to have found this apartment building. As a newcomer to Seattle this has been a great location to get to know this beautiful city. Personally I have never had a negative experience with management. They have all been extremely helpful and very professional. Everyone who sees this building is taken by its well kept appearance and awesome location. Inside it's even better. There are so many nice people, apart from one or two whiny punk asses, nearly everyone i've met, including management, have been amazing and that's something you can't put a price on. If conflicting reviews have left you skeptical I would encourage you to come see it for yourself and make your own opinion. I'm confident you won't be let down.
