You don't want to live here unless you want to live with an insane manager on site with his equally weird cronie "assistant manager". The whole time I lived here I felt like I was being watched and was overwhelmed by the number of passive aggressive nitpicky signs he posted all the time.
It was always with the personal accusations of leaving the back door open and other people living with me, and he would call to have my car towed for parking in the empty school parking lot next door on a Saturday night for a few minutes. Then he'd try to be super friendly with you an hour later.
I swear this guy spends his days and nights spying out his windows and peephole.
As far as the living quarters.. The water had to be turned off at least twice a month for for maintenance. Flushing the toilet all the way is an art form you have to master. Intercom/door system doesn't work. etc. The place is falling apart pretty much.
It's very noisy outside from trucks backing into the building next door, near daily garbage pick up in the alley, and ongoing construction.
