nice NOW From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   great location and nieghborhood. New manager is very nice. The only thing is the noise from all the hospitals in the area ( right accross from virginia mason, down the street from harborviewa nd swedish). Pretty quiet building but old and and and creapy at times. Several people have died there over the years so you may hear an occational ( yet harmless)ghost. But with a great manager and location its not so bad...i've live here for 4 years.
