Terrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Normally I don't write bad reviews for any apartment complex I've lived in but this one deserves a mention. Parking is not good. The spaces are not wide enough for most cars and many tenants park over the lines. Complaints to the management never seemed to go anywhere (a common theme) even after someone broke into a bunch of cars in the garage. Speaking of break ins, one of the managers left the window to the management office wide open one night. Talk about good security! The Management Staff is worthless, they are never there and when they are, they are either on the phone with a friend or doing something "too important" to help you. Most of the time they take your concern and agree to get righ on it, but nothing ever happens. The staff puts out a monthly newsletter that is more like a "managers complaint" section where they tell tenants that if we come down to the office and they aren't there we should deal with it because they want to go out to luch and run personal errands. People are really noisy especially at night, but the management staff still has never done anything to take care of it. If they tell you they have 24 hour staff that will take care of noise complaints, they are lying. We complained on numerous occasions and nothing ever happened. Just consider your deposit as part of your first months rent because they will find a way to keep it. Maintenance is non existent and if they do come they either fix it incorrectly or "don't have the right part." Basically, this complex cares more about the money they get from you than any concerns or problems you have. I am out as soon as my lease is up.
