Good: 5 year old building, well maintained inside and out, walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants, W/D in suite available, reasonable rent, locked garage parking, modern (not fancy but modern) fixtures. Bad: everytime you call mgt you get a different person who says they'll have to get in touch with the other manager and call you back, which they never do. Parking spots are super tight (think 10 point turns Austin Powers style). Work orders seem to get lost and you have to remind them and follow up. Some residents are noisy at night and the neighborhood has some sketchy characters wandering about. Gym is for show - the bike and elliptical are not even plugged nor do they have a power cord. ie not usable. The universal is flimsy and falling apart. Fire station (sirens at night) is a block away.

one more thing to add is that since the managers are never around (they're at Willow's Court or on a long break), you'll never get your Fedex packages. You'll even see all the undelivered package sticky notes on the front door to the building. So have your packages shipped to your office or have fun driving to Auburn to pick them up.

I never have any problems picking up my packages from the office! One thing to take in consideration is that they have tours and also have to walk to grounds and like we all have at our jobs, they get a lunch brake too!! Be easy on them I think they do a good job, I alway see more people moving in and not out!
