Not the best place to live

The apartment had a dirty carpet when I came to move in. They did take care of it that day. Within a few weeks of moving in most of the light bulbs burnt out. There are homeless people by the bundles in the area. The smell of marjuana is very present. The one story apartments behind the building have very loud obnoxious people living there that you can hear late at night. The people did hold a BBQ but that doenst make up for the times that they are late in to work and early to leave, which is almost everyday so if you have a package and work a normal job, good luck and retrieving it. It is close to shopping but you have to wade through the homeless who of course are asking for money to get to the shopping. The fire station and farmers market are right next door which is a plus. The parking is now for office buildings during the day so it is difficult to get your assigned parking spot....mine was given away to another resident so that has made things difficult. I would not rate this place very highly. Course I am getting what i paid for I guess
