Don't recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   You may get a large bill after you moving out...I cleaned the apartment and it was pretty clean, except some normal wear and tears. However, they charged $300 for pait, capet and cleaning. Most ridiculous thing is, the paint in the room was not damaged at all. but they charged nearly $150, i bet they will not re-paint the room. Just found in their list, the total charge for paining for one year lease is about &250. the resident should be responsible for 75%. Even the paint is in very good condition. It is unfair to let the resident be responsibe for the cost of such maintenance if everthing is normal. The corridors inside the building has no ventilation, the air there is very stuffy.
