Whisper Quiet From: garrison Date posted: 4/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Iıve lived in many apts, on both coast, and this is a jewel. What really stands out, other than then comments from the other two reviewers, is that this building is whisper quite. I mean, silence. Iıve never heard music, or the nieghbours talking or having parties. I think its becuase its build like a tank, concrete throughout, and any walls that are not concrete are double, with insulation between them. I loved this place. Its going condo, so for those that still want to live in this Belletown gem, youıll have to get lucky and find a private rental.
