La Vie at Queen Anne

Overall, I am happy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Living here was a good experience, overall. I have never had any major problem, and regular maintenance problems were fixed quickly and well The building is modern, clean, well mantained, and has many safety features that make me feel secure. The managers change often, but each of them was frendly and professional, for what I could see, so I have no complaints. The nighborhood is very urban, close to entertainment and services. It is not 100% safe, because there are occasional car break-ins, but common sense and prudent behavior are sufficient to avoid troubles. I only have two reasons of complaint about La Vie. The first is that my apartment is noisy, not due to poor construction, but due to the location on a major street where traffic is intense. The second is that the rent is high and keeps increasing. I considered it not worth to move because of that, but if I went back in time I would pick one of the buildings nearby that look similarly nice and are a bit cheaper.
