STAY AWAY!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Homeless man arrested on 7/4/06 for setting off fire alarm and attempting to loot peoples apartments: HE WALKED IN THE BACK DOOR BECAUSE IT'S PROPPED OPEN AND DOESN'T LOCK!!!! Landlord doesn't answer phone, homeless people in building on the regular, drug use / activity in alleyway, main door locks don't always lock, seedy alleyway has no lighting at ALL, is NOT SECURED!!! (entrances to peoples apartments are there!!!) Building in disrepair, maintenance staff takes a month to get MAJOR housing issues fixed, numerous gas leaks reported in building from dif. tenants, landlord lies and stalls on repairs. RP Management runs building, total slumlord management company! They have been on notice with Housing Authority due to NUMEROUS VIOLATIONS TO THE TENANT/LANDLORD ACT!!!
