When our family first moved to this community 4 years ago, it would have received a better rating from me, however, since then the apartment community has gone downhill. Noise has become a serious problem, as well as violence and illegal activity. As a mother to 3 young and impressionable children, it is not the place to be. On the weekend the laundry rooms are not open consistently, which can really be a pain, and maintenence repairs are not always the greatest quality. Closet space in the actual unit is inadequate at best, and the bathroom is too small, with no storage space. Worst of all, the dining room is carpeted, which again, if you have kids, is just terrible. Keep looking for a new place to live!
