What a Terrible Apartment Building

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
At first glance buildings and location seem prime however, the buildings are not maintaned to modern standards very hard to get any thing fixed, repair or updated. Pet fees are higher than I have ever seen in the area.
