we've lived here years. the grounds are disgusting, including trash in the hallways; sticky common door knobs; used condoms outside the children's play area; homemade crackpipes off the back; strong arm robberies; unlit concrete stairs that freeze and don't get salted in the winter; cars get broken into in the "surveiled" garage on a monthly basis; super thin walls; unfriendly,lazy, and decietfull office staff, and for an outrageous price- dignity. However, you can have your dog.
