Lock Vista Apartments

Not highly recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Hi I have been a tenant for about a year. The main problem with Lock Vista is the management. Most of the time, maintenance issues are not responded to. Messages I have left are often not returned. There are a lot of plumbing issues yet to resolved in the buildings. My apartment was practically torn apart for repairs for about 2 weeks, and I still have problems with the sink and the oven. Another problem I have encountered is my neighbor. Our walls are thin and the building is old. My floor creaks when I walk around on it, even in my socks. My downstairs neighbor constantly complains to me that I am walking too loudly. It's really annoying as I almost tip-toeing around to be polite.
