Crawling with Section 8 tenants who tend to be extremely noisy and sometimes violent. Tenants throw garbage into the greenbelt behind the complex. Children play (and scream) unsupervised in the parking lot and climb over cars. The one and only dent in my car is from a child running his bike into my car. Some of the apartments have bedroom windows just 5 feet from parking spaces. Tenants back into spaces and run their engines so that exhaust enters the apartments. Many tenants smoke and drop lighted cigarettes in hallways. There has been at least one severe apartment fire and a dumpster fire. Many drug problems over the years. Only good things: they allow pets and Bus # 20 stops across the street.
