The Lowman Building has the worst management. They say the building is secure but there are break-in's all the time. They have office hours but the managers are never there. The elevators only work some of the time and smell like piss. The laundry rooms are terrible and the washers and dryers are expensive if they actually work. The hallways are always filthy and the lights are broken. Nothing ever gets fixed. So please take my advise and don't move here because i regret it so much.

The management company is the same, but there is a new apartment manager as of a few months ago. We've never had break-in problems on our floor, but management recently installed new security cameras in the lobby, and several problem residents were recently evicted. Since then, things have improved quite a bit.
As in any building, if people let strangers inside the secuity entrance there's bound to be trouble.
