I have lived at the Lowman Building for a short period now (February) and I can't complain. I work at a local coffee shop and never imagined that I could afford to live in downtown Seattle. I am in a cute studio apartment that overlooks the city! The building pays for all utilities and I was able to bring my cat, Oscar. Pioneer Square does not have the best reputation in Seattle but it is SO convenient to my work. So far my neighbors seem nice and quiet. The building seems to be kept in good shape. Though I have not lived here for very long, it seems to be a decent place to live.

I will relocate to Seattle in may 2009, your review makes me want to come and make plans to move their. I hope your stay is going well I will be attending Seattle university. the square ft seems very small but I am still looking froward to taking a look at the building,
