Great apartment for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This apartment was a great deal ($795 for a very spacious two bed/two bath apartment that was relatively clean, only $175 deposit). Two minutes from the freeway, Highway 99, Northgate Mall. However, the residents are sketchy (vandalized elevators, notices regarding car prowling), the hallways constantly smell like pot, the windows are single-paned so it is freezing in the winter, there is a moisture problem- where everything feels a little bit damp, and there is a definite mold problem. The management is great- always helpful, always holds packages for residents.
