Horrible Management! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I lived here for 3 years and when I moved in it was a great place for the price (1 bedroom for $625!) but they keep raising the rent and do nothing about the building. The elevators have all but been destroyed by vandalism and I too have an ant problem. They even tried to blame the residents for making the building trashy by having towels on balconies (after swimming why not'') when they have done nothing at all to make it nicer! The management is HORRIBLE, they are constantly sending notes, with misspelled words all over them, asking the residents to go out of their way to get anything done. Also, 2 fires that I know of in the time I was there. And they want to charge $950 for what I got for $625 a few years ago! Awful, just awful.
