This place jacks the rent up the ants will not go away and the lady bugs come and go also every floor has a horrible smell to it that makes you want to vomit and I have on more then one occasion
and the improvements they are making do not justify the rent

Right on man. They claimed to make this a nice place to rent. With all the terrible things happening, they might not have any more tenants left.
