I have never lived in such a beautiful place as this. From the talented maintenance staff to the kind and courteous office staff. I find it awesome to be in a building were the owners are spending 5 million dollars in the building. When they get done renovating this will trully be a beautiful place to live.

The reviewer above (annonymous, formerly dfeldman41@gmail.com) must be an employee of the building, or friend, or relative of one, or really out of touch with the facts? The reviewer is calling a “sows ear” a “silk purse”. It is a highly suspicious review.

I agree with respondent of this reviewer. This is the worest place I have seen in my life. Rude management staff and over priced "apartment". Studio size 530SF apartment they call it as one bed. Exhaust fan never work in bathroom (riser problem). Windows are drafting and very cold in winter and so on .....

This review is a joke! It has to have come from the management. I live here but wish that I would have known more about this place before I signed my lease. The office staff are unhelpful and rude. They also refuse to take care of tenent problems -ants, mold, leaky windows, crime and more. They do, however, find the time to raise everyone's rent. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!!!
