I know that all of the reviews for the Luxe at Meridian seem awful, and the truth is they are. I moved out over 5 months ago and was told that the management/leasing office person would cancel my Seattle City Light Utility bill. And up until last month I was still being billed for it because they never canceled it. When I came back to talk to the leasing agent, it was someone I had never seen before, who kept complaining about her job, to me!! I have enough problems of my own and do not need to hear your sad story. She said I was supposed to cancel it. I was NEVER told that. After my visit to the office it still took another month for me to stop being billed. It was ridiculous and a waste of my time. This apartment is one of the worst in Seattle, it pretends to be nice with all of the "remodeling" they are doing. But it started over a year ago just after I moved in and was even worse when I went to get my utility bill taken care of. It is all lights and mirrors, NOTHING about the building is good. And every bad thing in all of the other reviews is 100% true.
Its a shame.
