I have lived here roughly three years and I can honestly say that this is likely the poorest place I have ever lived. Every single time my lease has expired my rent has been raised, and by a larger percent virtually each time. The maintenance staff are the very rudest I have ever been around, although the management staff is quite polite (though it took them at least five months to fix washers on my floor). Two questions: Where do janitors and maintenance boys get off being rude to anyone' What authority under the sun do they have' Another thing, do not leave food out on your counters, or it will soon be infested with ants. Moreover, be prepared for your apartment to be entered, as mine has, on days other than you were told it would be, which is quite illegal and highly unjustified.

YOU ARE CORRECT! The maintenance guy (supervisor) is very very rude to all people. One of his responsibilities is to be nice to tenants especially disabled people. I do believe that the owners hired these people "just to be rude".
