I don't know about old managemnt however, the management that is here is aweful!!! They refuse to give the tennants the code to the building which is in violation of Seattle tennents rights ( yet the basement floor door is always left open so any one has access to the building) Leases say only parking fees are for covered parking yet they are now trying to charge for general parking which is also a violation according to the tennents union. The tennents union has opened a file on this place as of 10/09 and 2 local TV stations have agreed to look into the issues that the tennents raised at the meeting with the tennents union.

Amen and Amen. Also they doubled the parking fee over recent times. Yet the garage is 1/2 empty. Their greed throws cars onto congested street parking while leaving major parking spaces unused in the building. This violates at least the spirit of city parking codes, if not also the letter of them. There are a host of really greedy, wrong headed, arrogant, inconsiderate, nonsense going on here. It's really goofy! Many tenants and employees here view the current manager here as vain, with a heavy handed style. Really Really Bad!

she used to manager at another Bascom property Kendal ridge in bellevue. the reviews there are just as bad

They now charge to park in all spaces, coverred or not, on the property. This is designed to coerce tenants into the rediculously expensive garage parking. Instead even more tenants now park on the street. In effect whatever minimum parking spaces required by parking codes is mooted by charging for it all! The street parking is more congested and the property parking is 1/2 empty. Greedy and rediculous!
