M Street Apartments

Clean, quiet, expensive but worth it From: kudabux Date posted: 4/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I really like the M Street apartment complex, particularly now that they've got the roof clubhouse in order. The apartments are built to keep noise contained (never hear my neighbors, even their barking dogs are rarely in evidence) and get a lot of light. There is a lot of construction all around the complex, but I find the double-paned glass windows do an adequate job of masking the noise and keeping the dust out. The building's hook is its pet-friendliness, and they really cater to dog owners with a dog run on the roof and doggie get-togethers. Also, I find the entire management staff to be highly responsive (and no, I don't live on the penthouse floors.) Love the ground floor grocery store. Having laundry in the apartment itself is fabulous as well. In all, it's not cheap to live here compared to across the street or down the block, but the amenities and service are worth it.
