Omar, the nefarious manager of the Madison Court is a great salesman. He features the stunning views which grace some of the rooms. Lost in his spiel, and often overlooked, is the loud noise problems from Madison, a nasty fly problem from the "Men's Room" dumpster, run down, discolored furnishings, and tacky carpet. The carpet, Omar explains, "is good carpet. You know that really cheap carpet' Well, we use ONE BETTER than that!"

The views are spectacular and almost make it worth it. Rent really isn't that exorbitant. Hope nothing breaks cause Omar isn't going to get around to it that soon - and he similarly has no respect for you at the end of your lease when showing apartments to others. An offensive and illegal show he is bound to put on when it's time for you to leave.

Added bonus - watch incredibly drunk customers of the "Men's Room" stumble out of said bar at all hours of day. Follow the customer as they enter their vehicle and treat warily out on to Madison, perhaps tagging a flower pot or two on their way out to drunksville.

I lived at Madison Court for 18 months before moving out of state to be closer to family. Omar was always very forth coming and accommodating. He was quite possibly the nicest and most professional manager I have ever had. He explained to me the cost of move out in great detail making it a smooth transition. The only unexpected move out cost that I had was a $30 account closing fee from Minol (utility company). When I move back to Seattle, Madison Court is the first place that I am going to call. I really can’t believe that this person had such a negative experience. I think the guy who wrote this must have other issues. I recommend Madison Court all the time to people looking for a great place to live. Omar is a big reason why.
