Nice area, friendly neighbors, great building manager

My girlfriend and I have been happy residents of Madison Court for about 2 years now. We have a great space for the price and close access to some of the best bars and restaurants in Seattle. We never have any big complaints, but if something happens, our building manager, Omar, is right on top of it. From fixing our water heat, to organizing bbqs, to even catching my ex-roommates cats who climbed out the window, he's been great. And that's a rare thing to say when comparing my experience to some other places I've lived in.

Plus it looks like the area is up and coming. They just opened up a great health food place across the street, down the block from Madison Market and looks like there are some other new places opening up in the next couple months. Would be nice to have a gym near by, or a view for that matter, but for what we get, its a good deal.
