Madison Gate Apartments

Nice building, Great managers From: iowagary Date posted: 5/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The Madison Gate apartment building is 13 years old, which is nice because it doesn't seem as decrepit as buildings built 20 years earlier. Almost all the apartments have views of the cascades, balconys, etc. They also have very conveniant storage areas off of the balcony - this was key moving from a house to the apartments. The best thing though is that the property managers (Rochelle and Scott) are very nice, helpful, and responsive. In the short time I've lived there they have replaced several major appliances and some minor things as well - each time in just a couple days. We've never had a problem with them or any other tenants.
