I've lived in this building for a little over 2.5 years now. The experience has been great from all aspects. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, although the loss of an empty lot next door has dropped the view from one side. The grounds are mostly well kept, with busted up curb at the entry being the biggest problem. There is a new fence and always flowers in summer.

The residents are generally respectful and quiet. I've had to complain about parking three times in the time I've lived there with one of those being an office mistake. None of those times ended in a towing.

As far as safety I haven't heard of any break-ins or anyone having any trouble. Occasionally there is a bum who digs through the dumpster at night. He has always been polite and harmless when I've seen him or spoken to him.

The management has been very responsive on repair requests even when the root cause it tricky to locate. The building does need new windows as the casings leak a bit and they're only single paned.
