Magnolia Gateway Apartments

AWESOME MANAGEMENT, NICE BUILDING, NICE PRICE From: taylorchriso Date posted: 7/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have lived at Magnolia Gateway Apartments for 5 months now, and am suprised at the management. They are very nice people who care about the cleanliness and upkeep of the building, as well as making sure everything is functioning probably in the apartments. If you have a problem with anything, they resolve it the same day. The apartments are very nice, and very clean. They come equipped with all appliances for a good price. I pay 700/month for 1 bedroom w/patio/fplc/w/d/dw/garb disp. If you have a cat, there is no deposit, you only pay pet rent (additional 15 dollars a month). I recommend this complex to anyone. OH AND IT'S QUIET! FREE OFFSTREET PARKING PLUS GARAGE!
