Magnolia Gateway Apartments

Highly NOT Recommended! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Owner has no loyalty and represents the stereotypical landlord; greedy, dishonest, out for himself. After seven years of outstanding service, the onsite manager (and two year child) was fired for no reason and given three weeks to find a new place to live and move. And was shorted on last paycheck. New onsite "management" team, if you can call them that, is a joke! Non existent and ineffective, they are not able to handle minor repairs, let alone major issues. As for Phillips Property Management, they are non- responsive, incompetent jerks whose first priority was to raise rents and the cost to use the parking garage . They don't respond to tenant complaints or concerns and have added absolutely NO value to the property. They regularly enter units without tentants consent. The list could go on and on! Steer clear of Magnolia Gateway and Phillips Property Management.
