Building has recently gotten a new apartment manager. Nothing is ever cleaned anymore, she's apparently rented to crackheads who have been breaking into apartments and stealing things. I don't feel safe here anymore. The building is also owned by the infamous RP Management (never, EVER, rent from them!) Who will only do a 6 month lease and raise the rent the month it expires. Twice in the last year! Parking' A car was stolen from the lot! At least he didn't have to pay the $65 a month anymore... Noise is an issue because the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor sneeze and snore.
