I spent 2, 3 years in that apartment. I truly enjoyed it. It was close to schools, GHC, restaurants, theaters, parks, downtown, stores, supermarkets, and bus lines. My landlady was very friendly and efficient. She took care everything herself so there was no management problem. Later, I bought a house. Otherwise, I would not move.
