Beautiful old building! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   Gorgeous old building for those interested in style! My apartment has beautiful french doors and parquet wood floors. Typical wear and tear expected for a building of this age near the university. But staff has been helpful and prompt with very minor plumbing issues. Charming place to live and friendly staff!
