Noisy, no parking, but spacious and good location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1997   I lived there a long time ago (1997), so I won't say much as things have probably changed, but what I do recall is that noise was an issue; being on 15th, there was lots of noise from traffic. And, you could hear your neighbors upstairs. On the other hand, you couldn't ask for a better location as a UW student, and the studios were quite large and charming.
