Malloy Apartments

Hands Down The Best From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived at the Malloy Apartments for 3 years while attending school and the managers there were genuinely friendly and did an excellent job. The building is beautiful both inside and out, and was a great place to call home. My apartment had a nice view, as do many units. Had I not moved out of state I would continue to call the Malloy Apartments home. The proximity to the University of Washington, grocery stores, restaurants, and street-fairs that occur on "The Ave" is unrivaled by any other building in the University District. Bus service is nearby, but due to the location of the building is rarely needed unless you need something not available in the University District. Overall I highly recommend considering the Malloy Apartments if you are looking to rent an apartment with wonderful architecture, character, and charm, a great location, and an excellent management team in Seattle.
