Lets face it,in todays economy we are looking at the cost more than the perks in an apartment. This is true especially if you are starting out in the working world,in school,or saving for the future. My apartment is definitely small and there are no frills. But it has nine foot ceilings,it's secure,it's warm,it's quiet,it's cozy, and it's affordable. It's hard to argue that Capitol Hill is one of the most expensive places to live in the Seattle area. It's a fun neighborhood to live in. My apartment is within walking distance to every need may I have and there is adequate street parking available as well. The apartment manager responds to requests, and preforms maintance as need be. In closing I have a few final words that may be of help.Living here,I have had to be creative with my space.I don't have alot of unneeded things.I keep it simple.I have little clutter. This place is simple to keep clean and keep organized. And everytime I contemplated moving for a more spacious place,of which I'd have to spend more money to furnish,I always think of how reasonable the rent is here.Bruce
