Rudest. Manager. Ever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   These apartments are generally unbearable - I'll spare you the whole litany of problems and just second everything the other two reviews mentions. BUT, in about March, the complex got a new manager named Joshua. Wow, he is the rudest "customer service" person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in all my life. Beware!
